Mediation Resources, Charlottetown PEI CanadaADR Institute of Canada – A national non-profit organization that provides leadership in the development and promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Canada and internationally. In concert with seven regional affiliates across the country, we represent and support professionals who provide dispute resolution services as well as the individuals and organizations that use those services. Our membership includes over 2,000 individuals and numerous business and community organizations from across Canada. Our standards and programs reflect our commitment to excellence in the field.

ADR Atlantic Institute -Providing ADR Practitioners and the Public with
Up-to-Date Resources and Services.

The ADR Atlantic Institute (ADR Atlantic) is one of six affiliates of The
ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. (ADR Canada), a non-profit organization that
shares information about and promotes ideas for continuous improvement and
upgrading of ADR as a profession.

Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School – The Program on Negotiation (PON) is a university consortium dedicated to developing the theory and practice of negotiation and dispute resolution. As a community of scholars and practitioners, PON serves a unique role in the world negotiation community. Founded in 1983 as a special research project at Harvard Law School, PON includes faculty, students, and staff from Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tufts University.

International Academy of Mediators – The mission of the International Academy of Mediators is to define standards and qualifications for the professional mediator of commercial disputes and to promote the mediation process as the preferred means of resolving disputes.

Canadian Bar Association – The Canadian Bar Association is a professional, voluntary organization which was formed in 1896, and incorporated by a Special Act of Parliament on April 15, 1921. The Association represents some 37,000 lawyers, judges, notaries, law teachers, and law students from across Canada.

PEI Women in Business – To empower and inspire women to succeed in their business endeavours by providing support, education and opportunities to connect with other women in business.
